Grant amount per project:  50.000,00 – 200.000,00 EUR

Project duration: 12 – 18 months

The eligible applicants: any public or private entity, commercial or non-commercial, as well as non-governmental organizations established as a legal person in Croatia

The eligible partners: any public or private entity, commercial or non-commercial, as well as non-governmental organizations established as a legal person in Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Croatia.

Summary

The focus of this Call is to provide support to teachers and other educational workers in institutions for primary education for the purpose of long-term development of skills that meet the needs of the labour market and to provide pupils with equal opportunities for primary education and acquisition of competencies required for the labour market. Project proposals must focus on one of the following thematic areas: STEM in education, information and communication technologies in education, entrepreneurship on skills development and increased job prospects and active citizenship.

Special attention shall be given to the financing of less developed areas in the Republic of Croatia.

All answers will be published on the LDPR Programme’s website at no later than 7 calendar days before the deadline for the submission of grant applications. Informative workshops related to this Call will be held online.

FUNDING DECISION

The Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds has, on 22 March 2022, adopted a Funding Decision for the implementation of eight (8) projects within the Call for Proposals „Improved skills and competencies of teachers and other educational workers in primary education “. MINOR TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS OF THE FORM 2: APPLICANT/PARTNER STATEMENT

The Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds, the Programme Operator for the „Local Development and Poverty Reduction Programme“ has published minor technical corrections of the Form 2: Applicant/partner statement.

This technical corrections follow the technical corrections of the Croatian version of the Form 2, published on 6th July 2021. In case of any discrepancies between the two versions, the Croatian version is the one that prevails.

FIRST AMENDMENTS TO THE ENGLISH VERSION OF THE OPEN CALL FOR PROPOSALS

On 16th June 2021, the Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds, the Programme Operator for the „Local Development and Poverty Reduction Programme“ has published amendments to the English version of the Open Call for Proposals “Improving skills and competencies of teachers and other professionals in primary education”.

 

Call Amendments include the following documents and provisions:

 

Open Call for Proposals – provisions on the language of project proposal annexes (paragraph 2.8.), provisions on Project Contact annexes (paragraph 3.2.), and minor technical amendments (all highlighted in yellow in the consolidated version of the Call).

Form 1: Application Form – alongside minor technical corrections, the amended version allows for the inclusion of up to 10 project partners in the project.

Form 2: Applicant/Partner’s Statement – minor technical corrections

Form 4: De minimis Declaration – an English version included in the Call.

Annex 4: Rules Regarding State Aid – an English version included in the Call.

 

This amendment follows the amendment of the Croatian version of the Call, published on 11th June 2021. In case of any discrepancies between the two versions, the Croatian version is the one that prevails.
