Submission of Complaints

Zero-tolerance to corruption and mismanagement has always been a guiding principle underlying the implementation of the EEA and Norway Grants.

In line with Article 12.7 of the Regulation on the implementing of the EEA and the Norwegian Financial Mechanisms, Republic of Croatia has established an effective complaint mechanism that handles complaints.  

All institutions involved in the implementation of the EEA and the Norwegian Financial Mechanisms follow the policy of good governance and their implementation are founded on the principles of openness, transparency and accountability.

 

If you suspect on mismanagement or corruption under the EEA and the Norwegian Financial Mechanisms, please submit your concerns to the National Focal Point. Please provide as detailed information as possible about the facts you aware of.

You can also submit your complaint anonymously, but in that case, you will not receive any response.
