12 Sep SAVE THE DATE: Closing Conference of the Energy and Climate Change Programme, 12 – 13 November 2024
The Closing Conference of the Energy and Climate Change Programme organized by the Programme Operator (Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds, Directorate for European Territorial Cooperation), Programme Partner (Energy Institute Hrvoje Požar), Donor Programme Partner (Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate) will be held in Rovinj from 12 to 13 November 2024, with the support of donor countries Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism (EEA Grants).
High officials from the Republic of Croatia, the Kingdom of Norway and Iceland will attend the Conference, which will cover relevant political and operational levels with a focus on the “Energy and Climate Change” Programme, particularly in the field of energy and renewable energy sources. The emphasis will be on the achieved results of the Programme and the prospects of future projects in Croatia funded by EEA Grants. As part of the Conference, field visits to successfully implemented projects in Istria are planned, including projects related to energy production from the sea and solar energy production.
