Open Call for Bilateral Cooperation in Green and Blue Sector between Croatia and Norway

Innovation, Research, Education and Competitiveness Programme in Croatia has launched an Open Call for bilateral cooperation in Green and Blue Sector. The Call will finance bilateral cooperation between at least one entity from Croatia and at least one entity from the Donor State (Norway).

The call is supported by Norway through Norway Grants.

Deadlines

For submission of proposals: Thursday, 18 July 2024 at 13.00.

For completion of project activities: 20 February 2025

Aims

The Call aims to increase the long-term bilateral business cooperation between Croatia and Norway in the Blue Growth and Green Industry Innovation focus areas.

Areas of Cooperation: renewable energy and other forms of clean energy solutions, resource efficiency and circular economy, sustainable blue economy, energy storage including batteries, zero-emission transport including green shipping, sustainable bioeconomy and other relevant areas.

Eligible Activities can include, but are not limited to: feasibility studies, data collection, reports, analysis for mutual increased insights about bilateral markets opportunities, new technologies, solutions, study trips, workshops, networking, matchmaking, sharing and transfer of knowledge, technology, solutions and best practices, establishing cooperation between clusters, business associations or networks in the benefit of the relevant business sectors.

Funding available

The total amount available for projects is 325,000 euro. The minimum amount of grant to apply for is 25,000 euro and the maximum amount of grant to apply for is 100,000 euro.

Who Can Apply?

The call is open to any entity, public or private, commercial or non-commercial, established as a legal person in Croatia or in Norway.
