Info days of the first three Calls for project proposals of the “Energy and Climate Change” Programme held

Three Info Days for the interested stakeholders on the currently open Calls for Proposals of the “Energy and Climate Change“ Programme were held in Osijek (4th November), Split (9th November), and Zagreb (11th November). All three events were jointly organized by the Ministry of Regional Development and European Union Funds as the Programme Operator of the “Energy and Climate Change“ Programme and Innovation Norway, as the Programme Operator of the Business Development and Innovation Croatia Programme, in partnership with the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.

The interest of potential applicants to participate in the events was very high, however, due to epidemiological measures, the number of participants was limited on all three events.

Participants of the Info Day of the program “Energy and Climate Change” were informed on the open Calls for Project Proposals “Increased solar energy production capacities”, “Production of energy from the sea” and “Technical documentation for geothermal energy“. The Representatives of the Programme Operator and the Programme Partner – Energy Institute Hrvoje Požar provided answers to various questions on the project application and implementation and costs.

At the final Info Day in Zagreb, the only of the three events also streamlined on-line, the participants were welcomed by Ms Homma Latif, Deputy Head of Mission of the Norwegian Embassy in Zagreb, Mr Tomislav Radoš, Vice President of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce for Industry and Sustainable Development and Ms Stella Arneri, Director of the European Territorial Cooperation Directorate the Ministry of Regional Development and European Union Funds.
